Purpose: To provide the resources and support necessary to take the first steps towards literacy and education in order to become gainfully employed so that the individual is able to become financially self sufficient. If we can empower individuals we will empower the entire Mount Hope neighborhood to rebuild itself to reflect the S.M.A.R.T. way of life.
